Jai donne un depot de 2000$ pour reserver une piscine avec mention livraison fin mai debut juin...javais prcis que mes disponibilits etaient restreintes et de maviser quelques semaines a lavance...jai recu un appel 2jours avant pour installation dernier semaine de mai qui ne me convenait pas...on ne veut pas me rembourser mon depot..ils ne repondent pas a ma mise en demeure.. jai perdu 2000$ et mon ete..obligee daller a la cour des petites creances.
Excellent service technique la maison.Ils ont chang le sable du filtreur et rpar quelques problmes. Travail complet, avec des explications claires.Merci!
Just moved to the area. Our new home has both a pool and a spa. I have never owned either one before. This company/store staff are super helpful ,patient,friendly and have taught this newbie a lot. They offer a comprehensive on the spot water analysis and recommend exactly what chemicals you need, the quantity and frequency you need. Their prices are reasonable. Even if if you don't live in the Chambly area they would be worth a trip and give you a chance to visit this beautiful area.
