Was initially sold the wrong part for my car; when I went to return and exchange, there was only one person working at the car parts desk and there was lineup of 5 people waiting. After getting the correct part, I was then told I had to go to customer service for the exchange; there, I was 9th in line with only one harried customer service representative working (it's the 2nd of January, Canadian Tire, you should know there are a lot of people returning things!). Management was totally unprepared!
Personnel.. young woman was very helpful. Thank God! Store is very badly organized unfortunately.. too many articles scattered everywhere.
Good addition to the city, car mechanic is decent but tough to get a spot for repairs when it's tire changing season
This is one of the smaller Canadian Tire store but you will most likely find what you are looking for. Staffing is low at times but the service is always excellent.
As a store, ok prices and services. Car repair prices within the norm for prices.
